We want you to love what you order from Urmili. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods, where applicable.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Share photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup or drop-off.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we approve the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to your bank account or as store credit.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping for defective or wrong items is on us. For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
